【仕事内容】
有名テーマパークのパレードで使用されるフロート車やバージ船など、立体造形物の製作全般をおこなう仕事です。
同業での経験をお持ちの方を対象に、将来の後継者候補としてお迎えしたいと考えています

【具体的な仕事内容】
- 原型製作
発泡スチロールや粘土を使用し、型取りのためのモデルを製作します。
- 型取り・成形
石膏で型を取り、FRP(繊維強化プラスチック)を流し込んで成形します。
- 仕上げ・塗装
電動サンダー、ワイヤーブラシ、紙やすりなどを使用し、表面を研磨して滑らかにしたあと、スプレーガンで塗装します。
- 組み立て
納品先での最終組み立て。現場での段取りや指示なども担当します。

造形の現場に向き合える
============
発泡スチロールや粘土で形を作り、型取り、FRP成形、塗装まで担当。完成後は納品先での組み立ても行い、現場で最終形を整えます。
机上作業ではなく、手を動かす工程が中心。造形の仕事にしっかり向き合える内容です。

月給 300,000円〜400,000円
※あくまで入社時の給与です
※経験・スキルを考慮します

JR八高線 箱根ヶ崎駅より徒歩25分
【勤務時間】
9:00~18:00(休憩90分)
12時~13時、15時~15時半が休憩です
※基本的には定時で終われるようにスケジュールを組んでいるため、残業は多くありません。
案件の状況や作業の進み具合によって、どうしても時間外が必要になる場合は、事前に相談しながら進めています。

【その他】
立体造形物の製造・加工に携わったことがある方、またはFRP成形・原型製作・模型製作など、ものづくりの現場で専門的な技術を磨いてきた方を対象とした求人です。
工場での機械オペレーター経験や製造業での加工経験、現場作業で培った手先の器用さや段取り力を、立体造形というクリエイティブな分野で活かせます。
また、技術だけでなく、チームづくりや現場マネジメントに興味がある方にも向いています。管理職経験がある方や、ゆくゆくは後継者・幹部候補として会社全体の運営に関わりたい方のご応募もお待ちしています。
