【コーポレートマネージャー】バイオAI×尿でがん早期発見/600~1200万/リモート相談可

【仕事内容】

コーポレートマネージャーとして、急成長フェーズの組織を支える制度・オペレーションの企画・改善をリードしていただきます。

【仕事内容】

コーポレートマネージャーとして、急成長フェーズの組織を支える制度・オペレーションの企画・改善をリードしていただきます。

人事・労務にとどまらず、総務・法務・経理など複数領域に跨って課題の発見から解決、仕組み化までを推進するポジションです。

ご経験やご意向に応じて、まずは得意な領域からお任せし、徐々に業務範囲を広げていただくことも可能です。

  • 制度・オペレーション企画(Corporate Operations)

・成長に合わせた制度・ワークフローの企画・設計

・オンボーディング・トレーニングの仕組み設計

・福利厚生・健康支援施策の企画・運用

  • 人事・労務(People Operations)

・勤怠・給与・社会保険等の労務管理

・人事データ管理/業務プロセスの改善

・労務領域のリスク管理・課題抽出と改善

  • コーポレート横断業務(Corporate Generalist)

・総務・経理・法務領域の課題対応・制度整備

・部署横断プロジェクトの推進

・属人化排除・仕組み化による全社改善のリード

その他適正・ご意向に応じて総務、経理、法務等のコーポレート業務をお任せする場合もございます。

待遇面(給与・福利厚生など)


【年収・給与】

  • 想定年収:600万 ~ 1200万(1) 想定月給:500,000円~1,000,000円(2) 固定残業手当(時間外労働の有無にかかわらず、45時間分の時間外手当として支給)(3) 45時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給昇給:年2回

  • 概要:Craif株式会社(クライフ)は、2018年に名古屋大学発のバイオAIスタートアップとして創業されました。同社は、尿などの体液からマイクロRNAなどのバイオマーカーを高精度に検出する独自の解析技術「NANO IP(NANO Intelligence Platform)」を開発し、がんの早期発見や個別化医療の実現に取り組んでいます。また、2025年4月にはシリーズCラウンドでの資金調達を実施し、研究・事業両軸での成長に備えた体制づくりを加速しています。さらに、名古屋の自社ラボ拡張や本社オフィスの移転など、組織規模の拡大を進めています。同社のビジョンは「人々が天寿を全うする社会の実現」であり、がんによる命の損失を防ぐ社会の構築を目指しています。
