仕事内容


【SV経験を活かす】店舗課題の本質に向き合う経営支援コンサルタント

【仕事内容】

店舗運営・SV経験を活かし、

店舗賃料の適正化によって企業の利益改善を支援。

現場を知るからこそできる、実行重視のコンサルティングです。

多店舗展開企業(小売・飲食・サービス業)のクライアントに対し、

既存店舗の賃料適正化を通じて経営改善を図るコンサルティングを行います。

営業が案件を獲得した後、下記のプロセスを担当します:

・対象店舗の契約状況や稼働実績の把握

・周辺相場を基にした賃料分析・適正診断

・クライアントとの打合せ(物件選定・優先順位決定)

・貸主様との交渉シナリオ策定、必要資料の作成

・面談同行、交渉支援(丁寧かつ信頼重視のスタンス)

・契約更新・覚書締結支援

・社内外向けの進捗レポート作成

店舗運営やスタッフ指導で培った現場理解力・対人調整力を活かし、

顧客企業の"利益を守る"支援ができるのが、この仕事の醍醐味です。

【年収・給与】

想定年収:500万~600万 ※実績、前職年収考慮して上限を上回るオファーも可能性あり賃金形態:年俸制(12分割にてお支払)通勤手当:会社規定に基づき支給(非課税範囲内で全額支給)残業手当:有(30h分は上記年収に含む)退職金:選択制確定拠出年金制度(401k)※管理手数料を会社負担

【勤務時間】

就業時間:9:00~18:00(所定労働時間8時間 休憩60分) ※有給休暇の1時間単位取得が可能残業:有 30h以上の残業、および22時以降の就業を原則禁止するなど施策を強化しています。直行直帰可

【休日休暇】

  • 休日:完全週休二日制(土曜・日曜・祝日)
  • 休暇:GW、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇、慶弔休暇、産前産後休暇、特別休暇、有給休暇 2024年度実績:年間休日128日

有給休暇は入社半年経過後10日付与(1時間単位での取得が可能)

  • その他:オリジナル休暇制度「私だけ定休日」
