仕事内容

  • 業務内容

自社の求人検索エンジン「スタンバイ」を活用し、

パートナー企業向けにコンサルティングを行います。

具体的には、お客様のビジネス課題を特定し、

収益と効果の最大化を図る戦略を立案し、実行していただきます。

将来的には、事業拡大に伴いマネジメント業務もお任せする予定です。

当社は現在、事業を拡大フェーズへ入っており、

一人ひとりが裁量を持って業務に取り組める環境です。

エンジニアや経営陣との距離が近く、

自分たちでプロダクトを育てることができます。

・クライアントの事業やサービス理解/分析(戦略の把握)

・現状分析/広告主分析

(過去の手法、カテゴリ、業種、予算などから課題の洗い出しを実施)

・事業やサービスの課題特定~解決案の立案/実行

・プロモーション施策の実施~効果分析

・既存顧客の深耕営業

・チーム、グループの戦略、戦術立案及び実行

・プロダクト開発部門との連携によるプロダクト改善提案

必須スキル・ご経験(MUST)

・チームマネジメント経験

・プロジェクトリーダー、プロジェクトマネージャー経験

・無形商材の法人営業経験

歓迎スキル・ご経験 (WANT)

・Webサービス等のソリューション型の営業経験

・経営層や部門責任者に対する提案経験

・営業支援または営業戦略の経験

・クライアントからヒアリングした事実に基づいて課題を特定して解決策の提案を行い、課題解決に導いた経験

・Salesforceの活用経験

・Googleスプレットシート・スライドの活用経験

・Slackコミュニケーションのご経験

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日

フレキシブルタイム:5:00-22:00

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 36万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり8万8096円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり40時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
