スマホやPCで目を酷使する毎日。「目の疲れ」「視界のぼやけ」「首肩こり」に悩む人が、今とても増えています。

当店は、そんなお悩みに"眼から整える独自の整体"で寄り添う専門サロン。流れ作業ではなく、一人ひとりと丁寧に向き合える接客が特徴です。

未経験でも安心。基礎からしっかり学べます

・受付/予約管理などのフロント対応

・お悩みに寄り添うカウンセリング

・首肩・目元まわりのオールハンド施術

・視力ケア・疲労回復のトレーニング補助

・アイケア商品のご案内

・Instagram投稿・簡単な集客サポート

【1日の流れ(例)】

11:00|出勤・オープン準備

11:30|施術(1名目)

13:00|施術(2名目)+ご案内

14:30|休憩(カフェに行くスタッフも)

15:30|施術(3〜4名目)

18:00|SNS更新・口コミチェック

19:00|簡単な事務作業

20:00|退勤(残業ほぼなし)

Q. この仕事を続けている理由は?

正直に言うと、条件面がかなり整っているのが大きいです。月給30万円スタートで、3ヶ月ごとに昇給チャンスがあるので、20代のうちから収入面の不安がありません。

また、週休2日・年間休日120日以上。仕事終わりに友達とごはんに行ったり、休日に旅行に行ったりと、ちゃんとオンオフを切り替えられるのが嬉しいですね。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫でしたか?

全く問題なかったです。未経験前提の動画研修・マニュアル・OJTが揃っていて、「いきなり任される」ことはありません。施術だけでなく、接客の仕方や体の知識まで段階的に学べるので、不安なく仕事に慣れました。

美容やヘルスケアに興味があれば、自然とスキルが身につきます。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日 〜 22日

9:30〜20:30(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

※シフト制(最終受付19:00)

※シフト例:9:30〜18:30/11:30〜20:30 など

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

入社1年目(一般スタッフ):年収420万円

(月給30万円 × 12ヶ月 + 賞与年2回)

入社2年目(副店長クラス):年収500万円

(月給33万円 × 12ヶ月 +賞与年2回)

店長職・複数店舗管理:年収600万~700万円

(月給40万円〜+役職手当+賞与年2回)
