必要な条件/経験:
- 学士号を取得していること(同等の実務経験でも可)。
- デジタル メディアまたはデジタル マーケティング / 広告ソリューションに携わり、デジタル広告キャンペーンを実施および測定して、お客様にソリューションを提供した 5 年以上の経験。
- SQL またはスクリプトを使用した経験、データセットから分析情報を引き出すデータモデルまたは分析ダッシュボードを構築した経験。
- 定量データから行動につながるインサイトを導いた経験。
- 英語と日本語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、担当地域のお客様との関係管理をサポートできること。
望ましい経験/スキル:
- 分析学の修士号を取得していること。
- デジタル広告の測定に関する認定資格。
- メディア ミックス モデリング、A/B テスト、インクリメンタリティ、マーケティング分析、高度な分析統合に携わった 8 年以上の経験。
- 単独でもチームの一員としても業務を行える能力。
- 流動的な環境で業務を遂行できる能力。
- 優れた時間管理スキル。

本職種は、既存・新規のビジネスの方向性を形づくる役割を担います。お客様のビジネス目標を理解し、Google のプロダクト スイート全体で測定の成熟度を高める関連する測定の問題を解決します。プライバシー、コンバージョン分析、アトリビューションのベスト プラクティスに関するトレンドを深く理解し、測定の曖昧さが増す中でお客様が適切に対処できるようサポートしていただきます。
Google カスタマー ソリューション(GCS)セールスチームは、社会を支える中小規模ビジネス(SMB)に最適な Google サービスを提供しカスタマー サクセスを実現する、信頼できるアドバイザーであり有能な営業担当者です。このチームの一員として、お客様と連携しながらそのビジネスに大きな影響を与え、事業の成長をサポートしていただきます。お客様、パートナー、セールス担当者などさまざまなステークホルダーへの支援を通じてイノベーションの未来を切り拓くために、メンバーは力を合わせ、楽しみながら取り組んでいます。
業務内容
- お客様のマーケティング目標 / ビジネス目標、測定目標に基づいてお客様のニーズを深く理解し、最適な測定戦略を提案して、お客様の適格基準に基づいて適切な主要パフォーマンス指標を定義する。
- クライアント向けに測定調査(コンバージョン リフト調査、マーケティング ミックス モデリングの調整など)を設計、実施し、成功に向けて最適化して、リフトの統計的有意性を確保する。
- 測定プラットフォーム(Google 広告、Geo テスト、コンバージョン リフト測定プラットフォーム)への知見をもたらし、問題解決スキルを発展させて、測定調査を設計します。結果をモデル化してトリアージし、より広範なメディアプランの費用対効果分析に反映します。チャネル全体の属性リフトを分析して、適切なチャネル戦略を策定します。
- アカウント エグゼクティブおよびメディア効果 rPL(rPSA)と連携して、お客様の測定結果を解釈し、主要なソリューションのプロダクト導入を促進して投資を拡大する機会を見つける。
