仕事内容
【ダイキン工業特工店(A-rise株式会社)】/空調設備の施工管理・現調業務/西宮市
安心安全な空気環境を提案する企業です

ダイキン空調機などの空調設備に関する施工管理・現場調査です。
現場調査や見積作成、現場管理、工事の補助などをお願いします。
関西圏を中心に現場を担当していただきます。
今まで空調関係の仕事をされてきて、スキルアップや収入アップを希望の方にはぴったりです。

空調業界ですので5月~9月は繁忙期のため一年で最も忙しい時期となります。
しかし、閑散期はしっかり休んでいただき、一年を通してメリハリのある働き方となります。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日 〜 22日
<勤務時間>
〇 09:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)
<残業>
〇繁忙期(5月~9月)は月30時間程度発生します

〇週休2日制(シフト制)
- 日曜日+平日1日がお休みです
日曜日が出勤の場合、平日に代休を取っていただきます

給与詳細
※基本給・固定残業代の総額
基本給:月給 19万6300円 〜 38万6000円
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり10万3700円 〜 11万4000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり60時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

給与例
- 入社10年後
年収700万円 月給50万円×12ヶ月+賞与ヶ月(管理手当など諸手当含む)
