【仕事内容】

・仕込み調理業務全般

・食材・備品発注業務

・原価管理・コスト分析業務

・マネジメント・育成業務

スーシェフ、3番手を支える補助としての業務をスキルと経験に応じてお任せいたします。

シェフだけではなく、若い方でもメニューの構成、開発、などを行える職場環境です

始めての職場は不安が付きもの。

心配なく仕事を進められるよう弊社ではマニュアルがあります。

またマニュアルだけでなく、気さくで優しいスタッフがしっかりとサポートをする体制がありますので安心して働けます

  • ホテル・洋食・イタリアンの調理経験がある方、優遇します

  • 一般調理スタッフ入社:3年目…月給27万円+賞与(年50万円):年収 380万円~
  • スーシェフ:入社5年目…月給32.5万円+賞与(年50万円):年収 440万円~
  • 料理長候補:入社5年以上…月給33万円~+賞与(年84万円):年収480万円~690万円
