社員が12名在籍しています。
社員がスタッフをしっかり見ていてくれるので、安心して勤務できますよ。
アルバイトスタッフもみんな和気あいあいと働いて、チームワーク良くお店を盛り上げています。
<らーめん金伝丸とは>
家系と九州系を融合させた渋谷系豚骨ラーメン屋
こだわりの濃厚「豚」×あっさり「鶏」のWスープに、口に入れると濃厚豚骨醤油ラーメン「特丸」は、当店の人気メニュー
口に入れるとホロホロととろける角煮や、鮮やかなオレンジ色の黄身で味もしっかり染みている味玉などのトッピングも豪華で、こだわりのスープや麺との相性もバツグン
- 濃厚な豚骨ベースですが、あっさりとした鶏も合わせているというWスープのおかげか、重すぎずバランスが良い。
- 特製醤油ダレが効いており、深いコクと旨味が感じられる
- 豚骨のコクがありながら、最後まで美味しく食べられるバランスの良さが魅力
