<週休3日勤務で正社員待遇>

児童発達支援・放課後等デイサービス「こぱんはうすさくら」で日々の活動とその準備を担当していただきます。

毎日のプログラム計画に合わせて、お子さま一人ひとりに必要なサポートをしていただきながら、成長を喜び合えるお仕事です。

短時間正社員制度について


当社では、家庭の事情やプライベートとの両立を促進するため、週休3日で勤務できる正社員制度を完備しています。

休日休暇は年170日以上可


勤務初年度の休日・休暇はなんと166日翌年以降は特別休暇が使えるため、年間170日以上が0日以上が休日・休暇になります。

お休みは多いのですが、もちろん正社員のため、福利厚生や昇給賞与など、待遇はフルタイム正社員と同様です。就業開始後に希望があればフルタイム勤務に切り替えることもできます。

施設の役割について


0歳から年長児までを保育・療育する「児童発達支援」と、小学生以上を支援する「放課後等デイサービス」を提供する多機能事業所になります。

入職して1カ月程度は幅広いお子様の補助業務を担当していただき、業務に慣れてきたら入職者本人の意向と適性を踏まえて本格的な配属を決定します。

【営業日】

・月曜から日曜日(祝日含む)

【勤務時間】 ※シフト制

・9:00~18:00 (休憩1時間)

(残業月0時間~3時間程度)

※希望休制度あり。

※プライベートと両立できる職場です

資格


児童指導員任用資格

※下記いずれかの要件を満たす方が児童指導

員の要件を満たしています。

・各種教員免許(幼小中高)

・大学卒業(福祉・教育・心理系学部卒)

・社会福祉士

・精神保健福祉士

・児童指導員任用

・児童福祉施設で2年以上勤務

※資格所持のみ・実務経験なしでもOKです

教室の雰囲気


休憩時間はしっかり1時間確保されており、オンとオフをきちんと区別できる職場です。

同業他社と比べて1日のスタッフ数が多く、ゆとりをもって業務に取り組めますので、お子様に対して妥協することなく、丁寧に支援を行うことができます。

スタッフ同士はとても風通しがよく、仕事の相談もしやすい雰囲気です。まだお仕事に自信がない方でも少しずつ慣れていただけるようにフォローいたしますので安心して教室をご見学にいらしてください。

支援の特徴


集団活動を通じた個別支援が特徴です。

小集団に対してスタッフ数名がチームで担当するので、きめ細やかな支援ができます。

児童に対しては、無理をさせず強制もせず、楽しく安心して過ごす中で支援を行います。

教室ではお子様に対して教えるのではなく、好ましい行動へ「導く・促す」事を意識し、あくまで子供達の自発的な行動によって成功体験が得られ、自己肯定感を高められるように粘り強く支援していきます。

児童指導員とは


主に発達に心配がある児童に対する活動の支援をお願いします。

一見すると学童保育のようなイメージに近いですが、よりお子様一人ひとりに寄り添い、不安なく過ごせるように環境を整えている点が特徴です。

あくまで無理なく成長をサポートすることで自信を持ち自己肯定感を高めていくことを最大の目的としています。
