【所属事業部門の概要】

・全社技術部門には4つの本部(研究開発本部、事業開発本部、核酸医薬開発本部、技術知財戦略本部)があり、それぞれ異なる役割を担っています。全社技術部門と事業執行体R&Dが一体となって、既存事業分野の成長と未来価値の創出をめざして研究開発に取り組んでいます。

【所属組織のミッション】

・第1、第2知的財産部は、事業執行、全社R&Dおよびグループ会社の知財戦略立案、発明発掘、出願権利化、クリアランス、権利活用及び知財関連契約を担う部署です。

・第3知的財産部は特許情報、非特許情報の調査解析、知財マネタイズ活動を通じた経営あるいは事業貢献を担う部です。

【所属組織の構成、雰囲気や仕事の進め方】

・技術知財戦略本部

①第1知的財産部:基盤機能材料事業部門、ICT事業部門、情報機能材料事業部門、及びグループ会社の特許実務31名

②第2知的財産部:全社技術部門、ヒューマンライフソリューション事業部門、及びグループ会社の特許実務15名

③第3知的財産部:特許調査、クリアランス、及び商標実務18名

・知財部員のうち、約6割がキャリア採用者で、女性比率は約4割弱となっており、年齢、役職に関係なくフラットに議論、相談が行える部署です。

・特許実務担当は、上長や先輩の支援を受けながら担当するテーマの発明発掘から契約、権利活用まで一貫して担当いただきます。

・特許調査分析担当は、部内で上長、同僚との意見交換、情報交換をしながら進めています。社内関連部署とのコミュニケーションを取りながらテーマ推進のための特許情報、非特許情報の調査解析、知財マネタイズを実施します。

【募集背景】

・2030年までに定年予定の特許実務及び特許調査分析担当者が複数名おり、また全社の更なる成長には既存事業の成長に加え、新規事業の創出が不可欠な状況であり、事業、技術、知財に関する戦略が重要となっており、組織強化のための増員採用です。

<担当業務>


【職務内容】

・特許実務:担当するテーマの発明発掘から契約、権利活用までの一貫した特許実務。

・特許調査分析:社内の特許調査テーマに対し、調査分析及び提案を行う調査実務。

※今までのご経験や志向により、いずれかの職務をお任せします。

【入社後まずお任せしたい業務】

・特許実務担当は、上長や先輩の支援を受けながら担当するテーマの発明発掘から契約、権利活用まで一貫して担当いただきます。

・特許調査分析担当は、上長や先輩の支援を受けながら社内の特許調査テーマに対し、調査分析、及び提案を担当いただきます。

【将来的にお任せしたい業務/キャリアパスのイメージ】

<特許実務>

・3年後:上長と相談しながら、担当テーマの知財戦略立案、発明発掘、出願権利化を事業執行体の開発者と連携しながら進めていただきます。

・5年後:後輩特許実務者を指導しながら、担当テーマの知財戦略立案、発明発掘、出願権利化を事業執行体の開発者と連携しながら進めていただきます。

<特許調査分析>

・3年後:特許調査・分析の実務担当者として、上長サポートのもと、他部門(研究開発、企画、営業など)と連携し、技術トレンドや競合企業の知財動向を分析、他部門へのインサイト提供を通じて、意思決定支援を行っている。また、上長のサポートのもとで、特許価値評価などを通じて、知財を基盤とした利益創出(知財マネタイズ)を推進しています。

・5年後:知財調査・解析の専門家として、主体的に、社内の複数の部署と連携しながら、特許および非特許情報を基にした新規事業創出、および、知財を活用したマネタイズテーマの発掘を行い、プロジェクトを牽引している。また、若手メンバーへの教育・指導を通じて、知財リテラシーの向上と組織全体の知財力強化に貢献、チームの中核メンバーとして信頼される存在となっていることを期待します。

【業務のやりがい/アピールポイント】

・当社では、経営層自ら知財戦略を語ったり、定期的な事業執行体幹部との知財戦略会議の開催など、知財部署の立ち位置がとても重要視されており、成果を出すことで評価されやすい環境にあります。また、発明発掘や出願権利化のみならず、クリアランス、契約、権利活用までの経験機会や外部研修等の機会もあり、知財担当者としてとてもやりがいが感じられると思います。

<働き方>


【出張(国内/海外)】

・担当する事業執行体の拠点や東京、大阪等への出張機会あり。(2回/月程度)

・場合によっては、海外出張の機会あり。(1~2回/年)

【テレワーク】

・現在は、対面でのコミュニケーションを重視しており、1回/週程度の在宅勤務は認めています。

【フレックス勤務】

・コアレスフレックス制を導入しており、上長と相談の上、ご家庭のご事情、業務都合などに合わせ柔軟に利用しています。

【残業時間】

・時期にもよりますが、月平均10時間となります。

<求めるご経験>


【必須(MUST)】

・特許実務のご経験、もしくは特許調査分析のご経験

・技術文章の読解が可能で、一定の会話が可能な英語力

【歓迎(WANT)】

・化学系の特許実務経験

・弁理士資格、知財管理技能検定3級以上、AIPE認定知財アナリスト、特許検索大会ブロンズ以上等の有資格
