研究開発フェーズを超え、実証・PoCから実際の産業導入へと移行する段階にあり、各種プロジェクト現場での装置据付・試運転・立ち上げを技術的にリードできる人材を募集しています。
本ポジションは、
装置導入の最前線に立ち、顧客と開発チームをつなぐ要
として、プロジェクト成功に直接貢献いただく役割です。

- 顧客対応・現場調整・社内フィードバックを通じ、プロダクト改善に直結
- 将来的には、装置導入プロセスの標準化やスケールに向けた仕組みづくりにも関与可能
「研究成果を現場で機能する技術へ変える」経験を積めるポジションです。
業務内容
CO₂回収・分離装置の現場導入に関わる全工程を担当していただきます。
具体的な業務内容
- 顧客との事前技術調整 (技術要件、プロジェクトスコープ、責任分界点の整理)
- 社内の設計・エンジニアリング・調達チームとの連携による現場準備
- 現地での装置据付、試運転、立ち上げ作業の実施・統括
- 施工業者・顧客との現場調整、安全管理の実施
- 装置操作・保守に関する顧客向けトレーニング
- 現場で得た知見をもとにした技術改善・再設計の提案
- プロジェクト完了後のフィードバック整理・社内共有
応募資格
必須要件
- 機械工学、化学工学、電気、プロセス工学等の工学系バックグラウンド(学士以上)
- 産業装置・プラント設備の据付、試運転、立ち上げに関する実務経験(5年以上)
- 顧客と直接コミュニケーションを取りながらの技術対応・トラブル対応経験
- 現場における判断力・リーダーシップ
歓迎要件
- ガス分離、流体制御、排ガス処理などプロセス系装置の知見
- 英語による技術文書の読解、または技術的なやり取りの経験
- 日本国内の現場文化・安全規制への理解
- カーボンキャプチャ/環境・エネルギー関連技術の知識
- 装置改良提案、量産化・標準化に向けた技術整理の経験

- 関西圏を拠点
- 国内各地および海外への出張あり ※出張頻度はプロジェクトフェーズにより変動します
雇用形態
- 正社員(試用期間あり)
