ルート営業(営業)

【仕事内容】


法人営業 営業職として、入れ歯や差し歯といった歯科技工製品をご提案いただきます。 歯科医院に向け既存顧客へのルート営業が中心となります。 まずは先輩が担当しているお客様から担当いただきます。 【具体的な仕事内容】 問い合わせ対応 お客様先への訪問・提案 お客様からのオーダーを受注 歯型の情報や指示内容を確認 歯科技工士に作製を依頼 製品完成の確認 医院を訪問し、納品 専門用語が多く、覚えることも多いですが、先輩がしっかりフォローします。 独り立ちのタイミングは人それぞれですが、早い方では1~2ヶ月で現場を任されています。 「早く成長したい」「責任ある仕事に挑戦したい」そんな方にはぴったりの環境です

【正職員】月給 220,227円 〜 280,000円

【給与の備考】


(内訳) 基本給 183,600円~ 住宅手当 8,000~25,000円 固定残業代 28,627円/20時間 【別途支給】 インセンティブ 平均19,773円/月 交通費 【総額イメージ】240,000円~ 【年収例】 年収380万円/25歳 営業職 経験1年/月収27万円+賞与年2回 年収410万円/28歳 営業職 経験3年/月収30万円+賞与年2回 その他手当等 賞与年2回 計4~6ヶ月分(過去実績) 家族手当 通勤手当実費支給 上限5万円/月

【想定年収】


係員/2年目 ・入職2年目 380万円 ※想定年収は1年間在籍した際に支給される金額の一例です。賞与の支給額や勤務時間などにより前後する可能性があります。
