今回お任せするお仕事は貴金属の仕分けやお客様対応業務となります。

(貴金属の仕分け業務)※メインのお仕事

全国の支店で買い取られた貴金属が集まる部署で仕分け業務をお願いします。

具体的には金・銀・プラチナ・パラジウムなど、様々な貴金属をルーペを使用して、種類別・品位別に分けていただきます。

例えば金の仕分けをする際には、純度ごと(18金や24金など)に仕分けを行います。

集中してコツコツと頑張りたい方におススメ。仕分けの方法がわからなくても先輩社員と新人研修でしっかりとサポートします。

(お客様対応業務)

1.伝票作成

各支店から届いた貴金属や販売された商品などの情報をExcelを使用して入力し、伝票を作成します。

2.お客様対応・電話対応

お客様が購入された材料の準備(材料のカット)やその受け渡しなどの対応と注文の入電業務

3.商品の梱包・発送作業など

注文された貴金属商品の梱包や発送準備など

※業務の比率は貴金属の仕分け業務が9割・お客様対応業務が1割程度になります。

(入社したら)

まずは貴金属の仕分けをメインに行っていただきます。最初は小規模の支店の仕分けからスタート。

ゆくゆくは大きい支店の仕分け業務を目指していただきます。慣れてきたらお客様対応業務も徐々にお任せしていきます。

1か月程度の研修期間があり、先輩社員がついて業務を行いますので未経験の方でも安心して就業いただけます。

経験を積んでリーダーとしてチームを引っ張っていくキャリアアップも目指せます。

09:00 出社・各支店より届いた貴金属の確認

09:15 貴金属の仕分けスタート

12:00 休憩

13:00 貴金属の仕分け

15:00 電話対応・お客様対応

16:00 貴金属の仕分け

18:00 業務終了(残業は月平均20~25時間程度)

年収:414万円~453万円

月給:254,282円~278,352円

基本給:206,000円~225,500円

固定残業代:48,282円~52,852円(30時間)

賞与 年2回(2年目より満額支給)
