ソフトバンク(SB)の一次代理店として、

お客様サポートをメインに行っている

コールセンターでのお仕事です。

≪具体的には…≫

現在「おとくライン」をご利用のお客様へ、

サービス終了・料金改定に伴うご案内と、

他サービスへの切替受付をお任せします

※既存のお客様からの受電対応です。

※マイグレーション(移行受付)業務です。

・サービス終了や値上げに関するご案内

・他サービスへの切替のご提案、ご説明

・切替受付や申込に関する対応

・お客様が安心して移行できるようサポート

じっくりお仕事を覚えていってもらいます。

勤務時間・曜日:

◆メイン:シフトパターン

・10:00~19:00(実働8時間)

※原則としてメインシフトでの

就業が必須となります。

・11:00~20:00(休憩60分)

・12:00~21:00(休憩60分)

・13:00~22:00(休憩60分)

※サブシフトでの勤務の可能性有り

シフト作成となりますのでご安心ください。

※給与は、ご経験やスキルに応じ決定します。

※研修期間中(3~5日間)は時給1365円。

※時給が1850円の期間は、

ご自身で選択するコースによって異なります。

※時給1850円終了後(最大2か月間)は、

時給1400円~1900円の間で決定致します。
