部署・サービスについて

出版社様と協力して電子書籍の販売を強化することに加えて、独自施策の実施やオリジナル作品の共同制作等幅広くコンテンツを展開可能です。日本国内に限らず、アジア、北米、欧州を中心に海外配信を強化し、楽天経済圏を活用して、楽天Koboでしか実現出来ない価値を創出します。

電子書籍の運営だけでなく、コンテンツの制作からRPAの構築、海外取次まで幅広い業務を一手に担っていただきます。単なる運用業務ではなくプロジェクトの推進リーダーとして海外展開も積極的に強化しており、グローバルでご活躍いただけます。

更なる事業拡大に向けて、体制を強化すべく募集しております。

業務内容

楽天Koboの運用業務全般を統括し、アジアやトロントの担当部署、業務委託会社と連携し、業務改善を重ねつつ、ストアの安定運用を担っていただきます。海外配信の拡大に伴いグローバルでの活躍が可能です。

・配信業務全般

トロントのコンテンツマネジメントシステムを活用した電子書籍の配信運用業務、システム改善提案等

・R-TOONアプリの運用

外部ベンダーと連携した配信関連業務の統括。新規展開に向けた各種運用フローの構築をお任せ致します。

・出版社対応

新規配信、更新の業務サポート、先行配信、特装版の作成等

・業務委託メンバのマネジメント(業務管理、安定稼働、スムーズな連携)

働く環境

15名(内PublisheOparation2名+業務委託スタッフ1名)

中途(異業種)、新卒と楽天内別事業出身者の営業経験者で構成されています。

・新卒プロパーは4名

必須要件:

・業務プロセス構築、改善の経験

・コミュニケーション能力

・PCリテラシー(パワーポイント、エクセル、ワード)

・英語に抵抗がない方

歓迎要件:

・マネジメント・人材育成経験

・本・雑誌・コミックやデジタルコンテンツへの興味関心が高い方

・ホスピタリティをお持ちで、責任感を持って業務推進できる方

・グローバルな事業の中で、多面的に物事を考えられる方

・ビジネスレベルの英語
