楽天モバイルショップの運営、企画、現場オペレーションのマネジメントと実行、システムやインフラの準備・運営。
楽天グループ唯一の toCオフラインチャネル「楽天モバイルショップ」の主管であるショップ営業部内のポジションです。
本ポジションは、No.1のモバイルキャリアになるために、最高品質のサービス、キャンペーン、イベント、オペレーションを企画し、R CREW(店舗スタッフ)とお客様がともに魅力に思うモバイルショップをつくることをMissionとしています。
具体的には、楽天モバイルショップに展開する「サービス全般の運用設計」「キャンペーン・イベントなど販促施策の企画立案」「楽天グループを含む取扱商材の企画立案」など楽天モバイルショップでの販促活動を推進していく組織です。
全国の楽天モバイルショップの運営に関わる業務であり、責任感や当事者意識が求められますが、日々のスピード感やモバイル事業拡大における変遷・影響範囲の広さ等、ダイナミズムを直に感じながら業務にあたることができます。
募集背景
モバイル事業の拡大またNo.1のモバイルキャリアを目指すなかで、昨今楽天グループ唯一の toCオフラインチャネルである「楽天モバイルショップ」の重要度が高まってきています。
そのため本ポジションに求められる期待も大きく、またMissionにもある「R CREWとお客様がともに魅力に思うモバイルショップをつくること」を体現するために、ともに協働できる仲間が必要であることから、今回募集を行うこととなりました。
業務内容
■店頭施策の企画立案
店舗におけるモバイル回線の獲得強化のために、キャンペーンやイベントなど販促施策の企画立案をしております。また時には実際に店舗に入店するなどして現場の意見も反映しながら、楽天モバイル内の各ステークホルダーを巻き込んだ企画を行い、リリース後の分析や運用改善も行っております。
■楽天グループサービスの店頭運用設計
全国の楽天モバイルショップで取り扱っている楽天モバイルおよび楽天グループサービス(楽天カード・楽天ペイ他多数)のオペレーション設計および運用改善を行っております。また全国のショップで取り扱うマニュアル・システム・ツールの整備や、各グループとの協業施策を企画するなどして、楽天モバイルショップの価値向上に務めています。

・楽天グループ内:各事業のマーケティング部
・楽天モバイル内:マーケティング本部、UX部
・楽天トータルソリューションズ内:ショップ営業部(エリア営業課・店舗管理課)、CS部、ブランドクリエイティブ戦略課
必須要件
・特定商材の営業企画・販促企画またはマーケティングの実務経験2年以上
・コミュニケーションスキル:社内外ステークホルダーとの折衝経験2年以上、チームでの業務遂行経験2年以上
・楽天モバイルブランドへの想いと伝導能力
・PCスキル:MicrosoftOfficeツールの使用経験 (Power Pointでの資料作成や、ExcelのVLOOKUPやSUMIFなど基本的な関数を使えるレベル)

・3名以上のチームマネジメント経験
