楽天ラクマは2012年のフリマアプリ黎明期に設立されました。(2012年に『フリル』が誕生。2018年に旧『ラクマ』と統合)

フリマアプリというサービスが生まれて10年以上経過しておりますが、フリマアプリの取扱高・利用者数は今も引き続き拡大傾向にあります。

その成長分野において、ラクマは楽天グループのアセットを活用し、よりお得/便利に安心安全に利用できるというベネフィットを提供しています。

また、ラクマは楽天グループ内でも10~30代のお客様が多く、楽天会員新規のシェアも高く、新たな楽天会員の獲得という意味でも重要な位置づけとなっています。

現在、中古ブランド事業者様向けの「ラクマ公式ショップ」や、海外事業者様向けの「ラクマ越境サービス」など、ビジネス間取引の領域で急成長を遂げています。

特に、円安やインバウンド需要の高まりを背景に、中古ブランド市場は活況を呈しており、ラクマは事業者様にとって重要な販路となっています。

・営業コンサルタントとして、事業開発に深く関与:

単に売上を追うだけでなく、担当企業の売上最大化のために、マーケティングチームと連携した販促企画の立案や、Techチームと協業した新機能開発など、事業開発の上流から関わることができます。

・少人数精鋭組織で、大きな裁量とスピード感のある意思決定:

20代後半~30代前半が中心の若く活気ある組織で、個々が大きな裁量を持ち、アイデアが事業の成長に直結する環境です。

業務内容

本ポジションでは、ラクマに契約している法人クライアント(中古ブランド事業者、越境事業者など)に対する売上サポートと事業成長支援をお任せします。フリマアプリ業界の経験がない方も、入社後の研修でしっかりサポートしますのでご安心ください。

<具体的な業務内容>

・クライアントとの売上向上施策の企画・実行(50%):

毎月の商談を通じて、クライアントのパフォーマンス確認、販促施策の提案、予算計画の策定。クライアントの課題を深く理解し、データに基づいた戦略的な提案を行います。

・社内外との連携・調整(20%):

マーケティング部署と連携し、効果的な販促企画を立案・実行。楽天市場関係者との協業によるシナジー創出。

・業務委託者との連携・管理(15%):

販促営業のパフォーマンス管理ミーティングを実施し、連携を強化。

・業績管理・分析(10%):

担当クライアントの業績予実管理を行い、改善策を立案。

・契約実務(5%):

出店、システム連携、広告配信に関する契約実務。

・ラクマ海外出品おまかせプランの提案営業

・ラクマ事業部全体:70名

・BtoC・広告事業課:10名

・年齢層:20代後半~30代前半の若手中心

・比率:新卒(4割)・中途(6割)

<平均残業時間>

10~20時間程度

必須要件:

・営業や販売など顧客に向き合って提案してきた経験

・クライアントと長期的に良好な関係を構築できる方

・多様な関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、調整を進められる方

・基本的なPCスキル(Excel、 PowerPoint等)

歓迎要件:

・中古ブランド事業者での実務経験

・WebサービスやECサイトのマーケティング、または事業推進の実務経験

・キャンペーン企画・運用経験
