部署・サービスについて
出版社様と協力して電子書籍の販売を強化することに加えて、独自施策の実施やオリジナル作品の共同制作等幅広くコンテンツを展開可能です。日本国内に限らず、アジア、北米、欧州を中心に海外配信を強化し、楽天経済圏を活用して、楽天Koboでしか実現出来ない価値を創出します。
基本的に、出版社様の担当としてご活躍いただきます。少数精鋭のため、担当領域が広く販売からIPまで裁量権を持って活躍いただけます。
昨今では、電子書籍の販売だけでなく、作品にフォーカスをして電子書籍アワードを実施し業界全体の活性化に王権、オリジナルコンテンツの強化等新しい取り組みを積極的に仕掛けており、プラットフォームの枠を超えて活躍できます。

業務内容
本ポジションでは担当出版社・取次会社の営業活動全般をお任せします。
・担当出版社、取次会社の営業戦略を策定
・コンテンツの仕入れ、キャンペーンなど販促施策、楽天Kobo独自の新しい取組などを企画・立案
・オリジナルコンテンツの提案
・適宜、マーケティングや開発など他部署と連携して上記を実行
・実行後にデータ分析・効果検証を実施
・その他、マーケット情報の収集や次世代人材の育成等
働く環境
15名(内営業7名)
中途(異業種)、新卒と楽天内別事業出身者の営業経験者で構成されています。
・新卒プロパーは4名
必須要件:
・法人営業経験3年以上(ITや広告など)、もしくは出版・電子書籍業界での経験3年以上
・販売促進活動に必要な提案能力、進行管理能力、コミュニケーション能力
・マネジメント、人材育成経験
・PCリテラシー(パワーポイント、エクセル、ワード)
歓迎要件:
・デジタルコンテンツ業界、ウェブ業界での経験
・高度な案件の提案に必要な定量データ分析能力
・大規模な案件の遂行管理に必要なプロジェクトマネジメント能力
・取引先企業の幹部や社内各部署の責任者と円滑に連携できる高いコミュニケーション能力
・本・雑誌・コミックやデジタルコンテンツへの興味関心
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
