仕事内容:

アートメイクスクール事業部にて、

事務・サポート業務を中心に、チームを裏側から支えるポジションです。

スクール生やアーティストが増えており、

事務作業を安定して回すための増員募集となります。

●入社後すぐにお任せする業務

・スクール/アーティストデビュー時の物品準備、在庫管理

・備品の発注対応

・お客様からのLINE問い合わせ対応(定型文あり)

・DM送付作業

・スプレッドシートへのデータ入力・管理

●業務に慣れてきたらお任せすること

・管理表の整理、フォーマット改善

・事務フローの中での簡単な改善提案

※営業・カウンセリング業務はありません

※専門知識や判断業務は求めません

※常にスクール事業部メンバーが在籍しており、質問しやすい環境です

アピールポイント:

  • 業務内容が明確な事務・サポート業務(物品管理、LINE対応、データ管理など、役割がはっきりしており業務が膨らみすぎることはありません)
  • コツコツ型の方が力を発揮しやすい仕事(正確さや丁寧さを重視する業務が中心で、スピードや営業的な対応は求めていません)
  • スクール事業拡大に伴う増員募集(欠員補充ではなく、業務量増加に対応するための採用です。落ち着いて引き継ぎを行います)
  • 週4日勤務が基本、働き方の相談が可能(10:00〜16:00を基本に、業務量やご希望に応じてフルタイム勤務も相談できます)
  • PCスキルを活かせる環境(スプレッドシートやチャットツールを日常的に使用します。事務経験を活かしたい方に向いています)

求める人材:

必須条件

  • 事務・サポート業務、またはそれに近い業務経験がある方(職種不問/業界不問)
  • PCを使った業務に抵抗がない方(Googleスプレッドシート、チャットツールなど)
  • 指示を待つだけでなく、決まった業務を自分で整理しながら進められる方

  • 物品管理・発注業務、データ管理などの実務経験
  • LINEやメールでのお客様対応経験
  • 複数のタスクを並行して進めた経験
  • 美容・医療・スクール事業に興味がある方

勤務時間・曜日:

・基本:週4日勤務 10:00~16:00

・業務量やご希望に応じて、フルタイム相談可(10:00~19:00)

・残業はほぼありません(月0〜5h以内)。

休暇・休日:

診療日及びシフトに準ずる

  • シフト制(週休2〜3日)
  • 年始(1/1〜3)は休診日

※皆勤手当100円が含まれており、遅刻・欠勤・早退がない場合、月末に追加の皆勤手当が支給され、その月の報酬がアップします★
