企業(製造、流通、金融、サービス、ヘルスケア等)との関係の構築、維持、深化
高品質な業界特化型AIコンサルティングサービスを提供し、クライアントのビジネス目標達成を支援
デロイトのビジネス開発戦略を推進し、新規ビジネスチャンスを特定し、開拓
AI関連の大規模プロジェクトの獲得からデリバリーまでをリード
組織やチームをリードし、メンバーのキャリア開発・育成を支援
【必須要件】
戦略コンサルティングやテクノロジー業界にて、AI領域(人工知能、機械学習、データサイエンス等)に豊富な経験を有し、クライアントへの上流(提案・企画)から大規模プロジェクトのデリバリーまでのコンサルティング実績
クライアントとの強固な関係を築く能力と、その関係を通じて新規ビジネスを開拓する能力
多様なチームをリードし、メンバーを育成・開発する能力
AI分野の最新トレンドと課題について深い理解と洞察力
優れたコミュニケーションスキルとプレゼンテーションスキル
【望ましい要件】
業界リーダーとして認識されていること、またはそのポテンシャルがあること
戦略的思考に加えて、AI技術を活用した新たなソリューション提案の経験
国内外での多国籍プロジェクト経験や、グローバルな視点での問題解決能力
