仕事内容:

●調理スタッフ

◎仕入れ、仕込み、調理

◎在庫管理・発注業務

◎メニュー開発など

をお任せするので、経営の疑似体験もでき、独立・店作りのノウハウもごく自然に身に付きます。

お昼は定食を食べに来る ビジネスマン&ウーマンと、登山帰り・トレッキング帰りのシルバー世代のお客様中心ににぎわってるお店デス 未経験から始めたスタッフも大勢マニュアル通りの作業をするのはもうおさらば決まりきったマニュアルなしアットホームで堅苦しくなく楽しく働けるのが自慢デスミドル&シニアの方も、大活躍中広い世代のスタッフがいるので気軽に何でも聞けちゃいますお気軽にご応募ください。

オープンしては、1,2年で閉店しまた新しいお店がオープンする昨今。創業者の思い・営業方針を大切にしながらもお酒の銘柄・食材・お料理(メニュー)接客スタイル・サービス方法などイイものはどんどん柔軟に取り入れています。だからこそ75年もの間、お客様にごひいき頂きココまで愛され続け、営業できていると考えております。 このスタイルを崩さず、今後も努力し続け営業して参りたいと考えております。

求める人材:

●学歴・経験不問

●「若くして店長になりたい」「飲食で稼ぎたい」「60歳で定年退職したけどまだまだやれる」などなど、若い方~シニアの方まで大歓迎です

●20代~50代のスタッフ中心にチームワーク良く活躍中です定着率の良さも自慢なんです

●入社日は相談に応じます。即日でもOK

勤務時間・曜日:

●10:00~23:30 ( 休憩3h )

●14:00~23:30 ( 休憩1h )

※上記でシフト2交代制

休暇・休日:

●完全週休2日制 ( 交替制:曜日応相談 )

●夏季・年末年始・有給休暇あり

※年末年始は比較的長く休みます

勤務地:

●東京都立川市曙町 B1F ※自転車通勤OK

※喫煙専用室あり

アクセス:

●JR 立川駅北口 徒歩30秒

●多摩都市モノレール 立川北駅 徒歩2分

給与:

●調理スタッフ

・月給29万~33万円(試用期間のみ27万円)

※手当が付いてスグに+3万円となります

※給与は経験・スキル・前給等考慮の上、決定

●昇給年1回・賞与年2回 ( 夏季・冬季 )

●社会保険完備 ( 雇用・労災・健康・厚生年金 )

●交通費全額支給

●美味しいまかない ( 食事 ) 付

●制服は無料貸与

●未経験者も可⇒ 月給26万~31万円 ( 試用期間のみ : 月給24万円 )
