【当社について】 私たちは「食の世界からソーシャルトランスフォーメーションを駆動する」をパーパスに掲げ、食産業を通じた社会変革を目指している日本発のグローバルスタートアップ企業です。創業以来、家庭の食事を出張シェフで支えるご家庭向け出張シェフサービスや、必要な時に即戦力の料理人に仕事を依頼できる企業向けのシェフマッチングサービス、世界中の料理人同士が繋がるキャリアサポートSNSの展開を通じて3万人の料理人のキャリアプラットフォームとして成長してきました。 これまでの成長をさらに加速させるため、2024年11月にはシリーズBで約20億円の資金調達を実施。食産業の変革を牽引する企業として、世界市場の成長率10%というダイナミックな動きを捉えながら、売上高前年比4倍を目標に据え事業拡大を行なっています。 【募集背景】 直近、料理人同士がネットワーキングやスキルアップを図る場を提供するため、料理人専用のキャリアサポートSNS「CHEFLINK」の提供を開始しました。 求人掲載だけでなく、AIを活用したプロフィール作成等、料理人のキャリアを全面支援するサービスを更に強化中です。また、2024年11月にはシリーズBのファーストクローズとして約20億円の資金調達を完了しました。 新サービスとtoC/toBの両輪の既存サービスを含め、現在10x急成長をしており様々な領域での導入が進んでいます。今後事業成長を一層加速させ、次のフェーズに向けて全力で走れる環境を整えるため、toCサービスであるシェアダイン事業部の事業企画・開発を推進して頂きます。既存事業のグロース、課題設定から解決のための事業企画・開発など、一連の業務に対して責任を持って遂行いただきます。 【仕事内容】 出張シェフのシェアダイン事業拡大に向け、大きな裁量の中、オーナーシップをもって事業拡大や事業課題に向き合ってくださる方を歓迎いたします。 ・事業戦略の立案および実行推進 ・戦略的KPIの設計と、それに基づく実行計画の策定・進捗モニタリング ・新規プロジェクトの企画・立ち上げ、体制構築、プロジェクトマネジメント全般 ・役員を含む社内外ステークホルダーとの連携・調整・交渉 ・事業フェーズに応じた人材戦略(採用計画・アサインメント)の策定と、必要業務のハンズオン実行 ・シェフとの密接な連携を通じた、現場オペレーションの理解・運用改善の推進 ・シェフの課題把握や支援を含む、サービス品質向上と現場課題の自発的な解決リード 【ポジションの魅力】 ・事業戦略〜実行、プロダクト〜現場までを一気通貫で担う、中核的なポジション ・マーケティング/プロダクト/オペレーションを横断した裁量ある事業推進に関われる ・シェフと密接に連携しながら、現場課題の把握・改善まで踏み込める実行環境 ・エンジニア・デザイナーと協働し、ユーザー体験を起点とした開発に関与できる ・少数精鋭のチームの中で、スピード感を持って意思決定・実行に関わることができる ・事業フェーズに応じて、必要な人材の採用・配置を主導しながら組織設計にも関与できる

400万~800万 ※上記金額には30時間分のみなし残業代を含む ※経験・能力を考慮の上、当社規定により決定します。 ※昇給については年2回あり(当社規程に基づく)
