まずは研修でWeb開発やシステム設計などの基礎を学びます。

修了後は、スキルに合わせて段階的にプロジェクトへ参画。

  • Webサイトや業務システムの開発・運用

  • モバイル/Webアプリの追加開発 など

経験を重ねると、

開発 → 設計 → 要件定義 → PL/PM といったキャリアステップも描けます。

*研修期間中は土日を含めたシフト制となります。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥300,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥16,900(10時間相当分)を含む。10時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
