職務内容


【お仕事内容】

  • 契約書関連のデータ入力・システム更新がメイン

  • 具体的な業務内容 - 契約書の情報入力

  • システムへの登録内容確認
  • データのエラー修正・更新作業
  • 契約関連書類の整理・ファイリング

【1日のスケジュール例】

  • 09:00:出社(メールチェックからスタート)
  • 10:00:集中してデータ入力作業
  • 12:00:ランチ休憩(オフィスの周辺にはおしゃれなカフェがたくさんあります)
  • 13:00:書類の作成や整理
  • 17:00:日報作成・翌日の準備
  • 17:30:退社

残業は基本的に発生しません。

  • STEP 1(最初の1週間):

会社の概要を知る座学からスタート。PCの基本操作(電源の入れ方、メールの送り方など)から丁寧にお教えします。

  • STEP 2(〜1ヶ月):

練習用データで入力トレーニングを実施。ミスを気にせず、PC操作に慣れていただけます。

  • STEP 3(2ヶ月目以降):

先輩のアシスタント業務から実務をスタート。OJTでしっかりとサポートしますのでご安心ください
