As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and data-driven Meta Paid Advertising Specialist based in Tokyo, Japan, to work closely with our CEO and marketing team.
Role Overview
We are looking for a forward-thinking Meta Paid Advertising Expert to spearhead our paid advertising efforts and broader digital marketing strategies. In this role, you will execute, and optimize the campaigns across various platforms, while also do additional strategies like email and SMS marketing (specific tools like Klaviyo and Twilio). As a key member of the Ads and Product Team, you will contribute in delivering an outstanding results and ensure our brand's messaging is consistently impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.
- Conduct product research to identify market trends and opportunities that align with advertising strategies.
- Develop and implement effective email and SMS marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Conduct market and product research, identifying trends, analyzing competitor offerings, and providing strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality ad content, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Conduct audience and keyword research to ensure targeted and effective campaigns.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and deliver actionable insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Maintain an organized marketing calendar to ensure consistent and strategic communication across all channels.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Japanese and English is essential.
- Must be based in or near Tokyo, Japan.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining high levels of professionalism and productivity.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in paid media advertising and digital marketing.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email and SMS.
- Strong analytical abilities with a track record of using data to inform decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an eye for precision and professionalism.
- Capability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
