【職務内容】

システム本部とシステム運用本部は、

ITによる事業成長の更なる加速を目指し、共にビジョンを実現できる仲間を募集しています。

本ポジションでは、データとAIを活用して

新しい顧客体験価値などのビジネス価値を創造することがミッションです。

楽天カード社のステークホルダのニーズや課題を理解し、

機械学習やAI/生成AIを活用して解決策を導き出します。

AIを活用したサービス開発を通じてビジネス価値を提供することが求められます。

データの収集、クレンジング、前処理、統計分析や機械学習モデルの構築と評価、

LLM/生成AIを用いたサービスの構築などをご担当いただきます。

その他、データの可視化とレポート作成、ビジネス課題に対するデータドリブンな解決策の提案、

関係者とのコミュニケーションとプレゼンテーションも含まれます。

【具体的には】

・ データの収集、クレンジング、前処理

・ 統計分析や機械学習モデルの構築と評価

・ LLM/生成AIを用いたサービスの構築

・ データの可視化とレポート作成

・ ビジネス課題に対するデータドリブンな解決策の提案

・ 関係者とのコミュニケーションとプレゼンテーション

【求める人材】

【入社要件】TOEIC600点以上 ※入社後1年間の間にTOEIC800点以上を目指していただきます

TOEICスコアが600点未満の場合、選考中にオンラインのTOEICの受験を弊社よりご案内いたします。

【必須】

・ プログラミング言語:Python、R、SQLなどのデータ解析に使用される言語の経験

・ データベース:SQLやNoSQLデータベースの使用経験

・ 統計学:統計的手法やデータ解析手法の理解

・ 機械学習:機械学習アルゴリズムの知識と実装経験

・ データ可視化:BIツールを使用したデータ可視化の経験

【歓迎】

・ データサイエンスやデータ解析の実務経験(通常2~5年程度)

・ ビジネスインテリジェンス(BI)ツールの使用経験

・ ビッグデータ技術(Hadoop、Sparkなど)の経験

・ クラウドデータ分析プラットフォーム使用経験

【給与】

年収800~1005万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
