【仕事内容】
【採用背景とミッション】
個人向け総合金融サービス「Olive」をはじめ決済領域において時代を先取りするサービスを拡大してきた
「三井住友フィナンシャルグループ」と共同で法人決済/金融に関する新規事業【Trunk】を立ち上げることになりました。
同社では現在、開発現場における生産性向上を目的とした本格的なAI活用を想定しており、
先駆けとして本新規事業PJでスモールにAI活用をスタートし、ゆくゆく全社に広めていきたいと考えています。
本ポジションのミッションは、将来的なAIの全社導入を実現するための活用事例、実績を作り上げることです。
なおCopilotなどの一部AIツールはすでに全社に導入済みです。実現するには高いエンジニアリング力やAIに関する
深い知見が必要なレベルのAI活用事例作りを期待しています。
【具体的には】
- AI、LLMを用いた開発の効率化、生産性向上(例:コーディングの自動化やAIによるテストなど)
- 機能実装後の開発チームの技術サポート
- AI活用に関して自身もしくは現場からの要望やアイディアの仮説検証
- 生成AIに関する技術トレンドの調査・検証

800万円~1200万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
