・財務・会計・経営企画での実務経験、又はM&Aアドバイザリー業務・組織再編・企業価値算定等の業務経験。
・財務分析を用いた経営及び戦略コンサルティングやソリューション提案の経験がある方。
シニアコンサルタント相当
・M&Aアドバイザリー業務・組織再編支援・企業価値算定等の実務経験が5年以上
