M&Aアドバイザリー業務(FA業務)および周辺領域の経営コンサルティングを提供します。M&Aを中心とする資本戦略における個々の業務に精通する一方で、経営コンサルタントとして、多様なアプローチによりクライアントの経営課題の解決をトータルに支援しています

◇主なクライアント

上場、非上場問わず、全国の様々な業種の大企業から中堅・中小企業まで幅広いクライアントを有します。三菱UFJ銀行を始めとするMUFGグループ各社との連携が密で、盤石な顧客基盤を有しています

◇役割

下記の業務において、PJメンバーとして、対顧客折衝、若手メンバーへのタスク付与・指導・育成の役割を担って頂きます

M&Aアドバイザリー業務:関係者間調整、交渉支援、スキーム検討、企業・事業価値算定、DDの統括、DDの受入れ支援、ドキュメンテーション支援、クロージング対応支援等、M&Aに関する業務全般

(※ 以下の業務領域は必須ではなく、これまでの経験や指向性をふまえ、必要に応じてご担当頂きます)

M&A戦略立案、ビジネスDD、PMI支援、資本政策等、上記分野に関連する経営コンサルティング全般

・中堅中小企業 : M&Aアドバイザリー

・大手物流業 : M&A戦略立案

・中堅建設業 : 統合委員会の設置・運営などのPMI(ポストM&A)支援

応募資格 【必須条件】

・職務経歴3年以上

・下記よりいずれかのご経験

−M&Aアドバイザリー、バリュエーション、財務DD等のFAS業務に携わったご経験(1年以上)

−公認会計士、税理士もしくはそれに準ずる経験・知見(※)をお持ちの方

・PCスキル(パワーポイントによるレポート・資料作成、エクセルによるデータ集計・分析等)

※ 公認会計士:短答式試験合格者、論文式合格者、 税理士:3科目以上合格者(相続税法もしくは法人税法を含む)、会計士補、USCPA

)

【歓迎条件・求める人材像】

・M&A助言会社、証券会社、監査法人、金融機関、コンサルティング・ファーム等の財務アドバイザリー部門等において、M&Aやグループ組織再編の執行業務を複数件経験された方

・金融機関での資本戦略(資金調達、IPO等)、事業戦略等に関係する部門での業務経験者(マネジメント経験尚可)

・一般事業会社(中堅〜大企業)でのM&A業務経験者(マネジメント経験尚可)

・弁護士、司法書士等の有資格者

・FAS業務領域における高い専門性を持ちながら、経営コンサルタントとして業務の幅を広げたいと考えている方

・M&A業務においてエグゼキューションに限らず、M&A戦略立案やPMI等の前後領域にも取り組みたい方

・M&A業務において、企業価値評価や財務デューデリジェンスに加えて、これまでの経験や会計・税務等の知見を活かしてFAとして活躍されたい方

・社内外の関係者とのチームワークやコミュニケーションを重視し、またメンバーの育成や指導に熱心に取り組んでいただける方

・業務に対し当事者意識持ち、責任を持って熱心に取り組んでいただける方

・複数の案件を並行して担当できるバランス感覚を持ち合わせた方
