KOMOJU(コモジュ)は、世界最大級のゲームプラットフォーム「Steam」やECプラットフォーム「Shopify」にも採用されている、DEGICAが提供するオールインワン決済サービスです。直感的に理解しやすい、シンプルかつ統一的なAPIを提供することで、KOMOJUを導入するだけでクレジットカード、コンビニ決済、各種電子マネー、銀行振込、ペイジーなど複数の決済方法の利用を可能にしています。DEGICAは今後も、様々な金融機関、決済ネットワーク、銀行、各種ウォレットと緊密な連携を行うことで、多くの国や地域、通貨、および現地の各種決済方法を選択でき、確実かつ迅速に多くの決済取引の処理を実現可能なものとしていきます。
役割 DEGICAは決済サービスKOMOJUを運営する日本初のグローバル決済カンパニーです。日本と韓国を現在のビジネス の中核に置き、さらなるKOMOJUの世界展開に向けて、ヨーロッパ、ラテンアメリカをはじめとする世界各国へのサービス展開を進めています。事業拡大に伴い、マーケティングチーム体制の強化を図ることが急務です。
役割について
グロース・CRM マーケティング・マネージャーは、データに基づいて反復的に行われる様々なマーケティング戦略や戦術を通じて、顧客獲得、コンバージョン、リテンション施策を推進します。従来のマーケティング手法と先進的なデジタルツールを組み合わせて、企業の成長を後押しします。KOMOJUのオンラインマーケティング活動全般を計画し、実施し、分析します。グローバルなバックグラウンドを持つチームメンバーや他の部署と協力し、新規事業者(マーチャント)の獲得や既存顧客の売上増加など、KOMOJUのビジネスの売上高を増やすための施策のパフォーマンスを向上させることがミッションです。
職務内容:
デジタルマーケティングチャンネルのパフォーマンスを管理し、最適化する。
ファネル全体のデジタルキャンペーンのパフォーマンスを予測、測定、分析する。
顧客との関係を強化するために、組織の目標に沿った包括的なCRM戦略を策定し、実施する。
継続的な改善のためのウェブサイトのオーガニックトラフィックを増やし、コンバージョン率を上げるために、サイトコンテンツ作成やSEOを改善し、ウェブサイトのA/Bテスト、メールマーケティングキャンペーンの管理を行う。
マーケティングオートメーションツール(Salesforce Marketing Cloud、HubSpotなど)を活用し、リードナーチャリングなどのマーケティングワークフローを自動化する。
自社のSNSやブログに掲載する記事・動画などのコンテンツを企画し、制作する。
新規事業者向けのキャンペーンを企画し、実行・分析を行う。プロダクトの外部向け資料やホワイトペーパーも作成し、新規顧客の獲得を促す。
成長率と広告費のバランスを取りながら、各チャネルにおけるオンライン広告活動をリードする。顧客獲得コスト(CAC)、顧客維持率、顧客生涯価値(CLV)などの主要業績評価指標(KPI)の監視と分析。
Google Analyticsなどの分析ツールを使い、施策の結果を分析し、他のチームメンバーと共有し、次の施策につなげていく。
Requirements
BtoB デジタルマーケティング、コンテンツの企画開発、制作進行、クリエイティブディレクションの経験
CRM -セールスフォースオートメーション、マーケティングオートメーション、カスタマーリレーションシップマネジメントのソリューションの利用経験。
オウンドメディア(ブログやSNS、動画配信プラットフォーム)を活用したコンテンツディレクションやデジタルマーケティングの実務経験
プロダクト(サービス)の外部向け資料や事例、ホワイトペーパーの作成経験
グローバルな環境でのチームワークを発揮し、クロスファンクショナルにコミュニケーションを取る能力
