役割 DEGICAは決済サービスKOMOJUを運営する日本初のグローバル決済カンパニーです。日本と韓国を現在のビジネス の中核に置き、さらなるKOMOJUの世界展開に向けて、ヨーロッパ、ラテンアメリカをはじめとする世界各国へのサービス展開を進めています。
マーケティングチームについて
KOMOJUのビジネスの成長を加速させるために、データ分析、プロダクト戦略の策定、営業支援(インバウンド・アウトバウンド)を行っています。マーケティングチームは、戦略的な思考と高い実行力を持ち、他部署と密に連携しながらプロジェクトを推進しています。
チーム全体で、起業家・SMB(中小企業)向けのリード獲得を目的に、KOMOJUの認知拡大・信頼構築・リード創出を担っています。カスタマーサクセス、セールス、プロダクトチームと密接に連携し、クロスファンクショナルな動きがしています。
役割について
マーケティング戦略の立案から実行までを一貫して担うリードポジションです。日本のKOMOJU事業を成長させるために全てのプロダクトとマーケティングファネルを理解し、マーチャントジャーニーを開発する責任を担っています。KOMOJUのブランド認知の向上、新規マーチャントの獲得、既存顧客のロイヤルティ強化を推進します。
市場インサイトを各チームへフィードバックし、Go To Market(GTM)戦略全体の改善と事業成長に貢献する役割を担います。このポジションには、戦略的思考と高い実行力に加えて、社内外のステークホルダーと円滑に連携できる優れたコミュニケーション能力が求められます。
プロダクトドリブン - KOMOJUプロダクトの理解とGo To Market のプラニング能力。
データドリブン - 施策のパフォーマンスフローを追跡、分析、改善。
クロスファンクショナル - 他チームと連携し、パイプラインを拡大。
職務内容
新規顧客を獲得し、ファネルを通じて育成するデマンドジェネレーションキャンペーンを管理し、KPIを達成する。
KOMOJUの既存及び新規プロダクトの認知と理解促進を促すコミュニケーション戦略立案
ブランド認知を促進し、新たなリードを獲得するための施策(マス媒体・デジタル・イベント、キャンペーン、コンテンツ)のチャネル開発と実行。
コピーライティング、Eメール作成、ランディングページの最適化など、社内メンバーや外部パートナーと密接に連携したクリエイティブ活動の実行。
マーケットポジションとマーチャントインサイトに関するデータを幅広いチームに提供し、更新する。
マーケティング及びセールスファネルの重要な指標を測定し、報告する。
Google AnalyticsやBIツールなどの分析ツールを活用し、プラニング及び施策後の結果を分析する。
既存のマーケティングチームと連携し、全事業領域で横断的に業務を遂行する。

B2Bプロダクトの市場導入(Go-to-Market)経験
ネイティブレベルの日本語力
SMB(中小企業)規模のビジネスにおける、小売業およびオンラインコマース業界に関する深い知識
Salesforce、HubspotなどのSFA(セールスフォースオートメーション)、MA(マーケティングオートメーション)、CRM(カスタマーリレーションシップマネジメント)ソリューションの活用経験
B2Bマーケティング/セールスファネルおよびアカウントベースドマーケティング(ABM)に対する深い理解
キャンペーン企画・推進やプロジェクトマネジメントなど、横断的な業務推進スキルをお持ちの方
