About The Position

As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, bridging the gap between our technical solutions and our valued clients.

This dual-role position combines Technical Pre-Sales responsibilities with Technical Account Management duties (Implementation), ensuring a seamless experience for our clients throughout the entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations of our products
Respond to client inquiries, RFPs, and RFIs, providing technical expertise and addressing any concerns
Assist in the creation of compelling proposals, ensuring they align with client requirements
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts, developing and nurturing strong relationships
Understand the client's business goals and proactively identify opportunities for enhancing their experience with our solutions
Provide technical guidance, support, and troubleshooting assistance, ensuring client success and satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client-specific needs and challenges

Requirements

Hands-on experience with RestAPI and SQL. Understanding of overall system architectural design.
5+ years of experience in a Technical Pre-Sales/ Sales Engineering/ Technical Consultant/ Implementation Manager within the technology sector
Experience in implementation, technical account management, or customer success capacities
Strong understanding of technology products, services, and industry best practices
Strong Stakeholder Engagement skills, able to collaborate effectively with senior individuals internally and externally. (Sales, Product, Engineering etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to dynamic client environments
Experience in product development is a plus. The key expectation is the ability to understand and read code; leveraging AI tools to support this is acceptable
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
Fluent in Japanese & Business level English
