・事業会社での管理会計 or 経営企画の実務経験(3年以上)
・経営層・事業部長などのステークホルダーを巻き込み、意思決定をリードした経験
・財務数値を用いた論点整理・課題解決のスキル(資料作成含む)
・未整備な環境下でも、自ら課題を発見し、業務フローを構築・改善してきた経験
【尚可】
・中期経営計画・経営戦略の策定経験
・資金調達・資本政策の企画/VC・PEとの折衝経験
・決算業務、監査法人対応、開示書類作成、ERP運用など財務会計領域の実務経験
・上場企業または監査法人との対応経験(会計士/MBA歓迎)
・スタートアップ/ベンチャーの成長フェーズでの実務経験
・業務プロセス改善・DX推進や自動化の実績

【職務概要】
経営企画(FP&A)を主軸として同社の事業成長を牽引していただきつつ、ご本人の志向やスキルに応じて、資本政策や資金調達といった財務戦略領域にも裁量を広げていただけるポジションです。
【職務詳細】
1. 経営企画・管理会計(メイン業務)
・予算策定・中期計画策定および全社の予実管理の実施
・経営戦略立案・経営計画策定
・KPIや財務数値に基づく経営意思決定の推進
・取締役会・経営会議等の会議体の運営(アジェンダ設定、論点整理、資料作成)
・事業推進、並びに各種部門横断プロジェクトの立案、推進
資金調達・資本政策
メインの経営企画業務に加え、会社のフェーズやご本人の志向に合わせて、財務戦略業務にも携わっていただきます。
将来的にCFOや経営幹部を目指すための実戦経験を積むことが可能な、「キャリアのプラスα」となる領域です。財務会計・レポーティング
手を動かす実務作業ではなく、実務担当の経理チームをマネジメントし、正確な財務数値を経営に届ける「ガバナンス・統括」の役割を担います。
