経営企画管理職【「大阪王将」を展開/9年連続増収増益】

経営方針の策定から実行に至るまで、幅広い企画業務を担い、事業成長を実現する役割を担います。

【業務内容】

・中期経営計画の策定

・M&Aや新規事業の検討

・年度予算の立案・進捗管理

・KPI管理と経営報告資料作成

・社外対応および投資家向け対応

【年収・給与】

年収:600~1000 万円月給制基本給:434000円残業代:残業代支給対象外※管理監督者としての雇用のため、残業代支給対象外一律(固定)手当:役職手当 40000円奨励手当 13000円通勤手当:あり 実費支給(上限なし)賞与:あり 年2回(昨年度実績 4か月)昇給:あり 年1回(4月)
