  • 業務の流れ(未経験でも安心のフォロー体制あり)

・企業へのアプローチ

  • まずは電話や訪問でニーズのヒアリング。何に困っていて、どんな人材を求めているのかを聞き出します。

・登録スタッフのご紹介

  • 企業の希望や現場の状況をもとに、自社登録スタッフの中から最適な人材を選定し提案します。

・稼働後のサポート

  • スタッフが現場で働き始めた後も、企業と連携しながら継続的なサポートを行います。

信頼関係が深まるほど、次の依頼にもつながりやすくなります。

ただの"モノ売り"とは違い、企業の経営課題や現場の悩みに向き合い、ベストな解決策を提案していく本質的な営業。

人材紹介や派遣の経験がなくても、「相手の話を真剣に聞ける人」であれば、必ず成長できます。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 20万9400円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万600円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

【賞与】

年4回

あり(2月、5月、8月、11月)※入社1年後から支給

月収50万円以上は決して特別な数字ではなく、

入社1年目:年収500万円

2年目:年収800万円超
