同社では、「Chatwork」を中心に、BPaaS、新規事業など複数の事業を展開しており、日々膨大なデータが蓄積されています。kubellのデータスペシャリストは、こうしたデータを様々な切り口で扱いながら、kubellグループ横断でデータ利活用とオペレーショナルエクセレンスを推進することでグループシナジーの創出を支援し、グループのミッション・ビジョンの実現に貢献していく役割を担います。
■データアナリスト(メイン業務):ビジネス課題をデータで解決する役割です。
- 主な業務: BI/ダッシュボード開発、データマート構築、KPI可視化、ビジネスインサイト抽出
■データサイエンティスト(メイン業務):機械学習・統計モデルでビジネス価値を創出する役割です。
- 主な業務: 機械学習モデル構築、予測分析、統計的手法による仮説検証

【求める人材】
【必須】
- 業務経験
- データアナリティクスまたは関連分野での実務経験(5年以上)
- チーム開発経験および他部門との協業経験
- データマート開発、データモデリングといったアナリティクスエンジニアリングのリード経験
- 分析プロジェクトのリード経験、またはチームメンバーのメンタリング経験
- 技術スキル
- SQLの実務経験(5年以上)
- 複雑なクエリの作成と最適化(JOIN、サブクエリ、ウィンドウ関数、CTEなど)
- パフォーマンスチューニングの実践経験
- 大規模データセットの効率的な処理
- BIツールの実務経験(Looker、Tableau、PowerBI等、いずれか)
- ダッシュボードのアーキテクチャ設計・開発・運用
- ビジネス部門への導入支援とトレーニング経験
- データマートおよびデータモデルの設計・構築経験
- dbtなどのデータモデリングツールを用いた大規模開発経験
- データモデリングのベストプラクティスの理解と実践
- クラウドデータウェアハウスの実務経験
- AWS、GCP、TreasureData、Snowflakeなどでの本番運用経験
- PythonまたはRの実務経験
- pandas、numpy、matplotlib等を用いた高度なデータ分析
- データの前処理、探索的データ分析(EDA)、自動化スクリプトの開発
- 統計分析の実務経験
- 記述統計、相関分析、仮説検定の実践的な活用
- Gitなどのバージョン管理ツールの実務経験、いずれか)
【給与】
年収800~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
