【仕事内容】

ChatworkおよびBPaaSの事業に貢献する顕在ニーズに応える生成AIサービスやプロダクトの短期的な開発。加えて、ニーズが顕在化していないプロダクトアウトアプローチによる中長期に向けた研究開発を行います。 プロジェクトマネージャーは、要件定義からリリースまでのマネジメント・推進を担って頂きます。

【具体的には】

■AIエージェントのモック開発

・中小企業の経理・労務・人事のバックオフィス業務においてAIエージェントが効果的な業務を抽出

・AIエージェント導入後のToBeの業務プロセスの具体化

・バックオフィス業務のナレッジを活かし専門家からのヒアリングをもとにAIエージェントのプロンプトを作成・生成AIおよびフロントエンドなど全体を設計

・Dify/n8n等のAIエージェントのノーコードツールを用いたPoCの実行

・AIエージェントを実装するエンジニア開発メンバーとコミュニケーションをしながら開発方向性をリード

■AIエージェントの運用と改善

・開発したAIエージェントに関する社内や顧客への導入推進

・プロダクトおよびサービスの設計・開発・運用にエンジニアと伴走

【求める人材】

・ スタートアップやベンチャー、SIer、ITコンサルティングファーム、BIG4等の総合コンサルファーム等において、バックオフィス業務に関する具体的なBPR実行のご経験(目安2~3年以上)

・ RPA等を用いた業務効率化のPoCを実行したご経験

・ エンジニアと連携をとりながら要求事項・システム仕様を整理した経験

・ サーバ/ネットワーク/データベースなどのインフラ、オンライン、バッチシステムなどのアーキテクチャに関し、基礎的な理解があり、新たに学んでいく意欲がある

・ 学習意欲が高く、新しい技術への適応力がある方

・ ビジネスレベルの日本語コミュニケーション能力

【給与】

年収650~890万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
