同社では、「Chatwork」を中心に、BPaaS、新規事業など複数の事業を展開しており、日々膨大なデータが蓄積されています。kubellのデータスペシャリストは、こうしたデータを様々な切り口で扱いながら、kubellグループ横断でデータ利活用とオペレーショナルエクセレンスを推進することでグループシナジーの創出を支援し、グループのミッション・ビジョンの実現に貢献していく役割を担います。
■データアナリスト(メイン業務):ビジネス課題をデータで解決する役割です。
- 主な業務: BI/ダッシュボード開発、データマート構築、KPI可視化、ビジネスインサイト抽出
■データサイエンティスト(メイン業務):機械学習・統計モデルでビジネス価値を創出する役割です。
- 主な業務: 機械学習モデル構築、予測分析、統計的手法による仮説検証

【求める人材】
- 業務経験
- データサイエンスまたは関連分野での実務経験(5年以上)
- チーム開発経験および他部門との協業経験
- 機械学習モデルの構築・評価・運用のリード経験
- ビジネス課題に対する機械学習ソリューションの企画・実装経験
- 分析プロジェクトのリード経験、またはチームメンバーのメンタリング経験
- 技術スキル
■PythonまたはRの実務経験(5年以上) ■SQLの実務経験(3年以上)
■pandas、numpy、scikit-learn、TensorFlow/PyTorchなどの高度な使用経験
■データの前処理、探索的データ分析(EDA)、特徴量エンジニアリング
■複雑なデータパイプラインの設計・実装経験
■機械学習モデルの構築・評価・運用の実務経験
■分類、回帰、クラスタリング、レコメンデーションなど多様な手法の実装経験
■モデルの評価、改善、A/Bテストによる効果検証
■本番環境へのモデルデプロイとモニタリング経験
■統計分析の実務経験
■仮説検定、A/Bテスト、因果推論、ベイズ統計などの実践的な活用
■実験計画法の設計と実装
■複雑なクエリの作成(JOIN、サブクエリ、ウィンドウ関数など)
■大規模データの効率的な処理
■クラウドデータウェアハウスの実務経験
■AWS、GCP、TreasureData、Snowflakeなどでの本番運用経験
■Gitなどのバージョン管理ツールの実務経験
【給与】
年収800~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
