事業管理(運営企画・統括)【東京】【日本郵政G/管理運営会社のハブ役】
【仕事内容】
以下業務をお任せします。
(1)運営企画・業務ルール策定:
各営業所の運営状況を踏まえた業務スキーム・ルールの整備/親会社への報告・連携
(2)横断情報の収集・調整・発信:
全国の物件・営業所からの情報集約、社内共有、文書整備
(3)BCP(事業継続計画)関連:
BCP運用策定・訓練の企画、有事の際の被災状況把握・報告フローの構築
(4)業務システム・契約情報管理:
システムへのデータ入力・確認、契約期日管理・更新手続き・文書管理
(5)遠隔地物件の事務処理、各種書式の整備・更新

【勤務時間】
固定労働時間制 所定勤務時間:09:00~17:45 実働時間:8時間 休憩時間:45分 月平均残業時間:15時間※休憩について制度上、休憩45分ですが、休息15分取っており、実質的に60分休憩です。

【事業モデル・強み】
(1)運営管理:防災・設備・清掃など、ビルの安全・安心・快適性を日常運営の面から支える中核業務。

(3)アカウンティング:賃料・経費などの入出金管理を担い、物件ごとの収益性を安定的に確保。
(4)レポーティング:運営状況や収支、改善提案をオーナーに報告し、次の開発・リニューアルに繋げる役割。
(5)コンストラクションマネジメント:入退去工事やリニューアル工事を企画~工事管理まで一貫して推進し、資産価値向上を図る。
