【業務内容】

自社福祉施設(ナーシングホームの)

調理・キッチン業務全般をお任せします

食材の管理や、現場のシフトの調整など、

現場チームのルール作りにイチから関わっていただきます

《1日の大まかな流れ》

6:00~ 出勤・準備・調理開始

8:00~ 盛り付け指示

10:00~ 翌日の仕込み・休憩など

12:00~ 配膳・お食事開始

13:00~ 食材管理・発注業務など

15:00 終業・帰宅

【裁量権を大きくお任せします】

現場での責任や裁量権を大きくお任せするポジションです。

調理師1~2名と調理補助~5名の最大7名程度のチームで1日の給食調理を行います。

調理補助スタッフと協力して、給食の安定供給に向けリーダーシップを取ってください

1日の調理食数は約300食程度です。

  • 調理師免許をお持ちの方

勤務時間


平均所定労働時間:171時間/月

  • シフト制

6:00~20:00の間のシフト制(うち休憩1時間)
