【大手電力会社での書類作成・チェック事務】

\未経験OK事務デビューした方必見/

公共施設との電気・ガス契約に関わる、書類チェック中心の事務のお仕事です。

・契約書類の内容チェック(マニュアルあり)

・重要ポイントのマーキング

・チェック結果のデータ入力

・書類に関する簡単な問い合わせ対応(電話は少なめ)

電話対応は一部のみで、コツコツ進める事務作業がメインです

  • 未経験でも安心の環境

・入社後1か月間の丁寧な研修あり

・専任担当&先輩スタッフが常にフォロー

・最初は簡単な書類からスタート

慣れるまでは管理者が内容を選別してお渡しします

【研修について】

  • 研修時給:1300円
  • 研修シフト:9:00~17:30/月~金(週5日・土日祝休み)

<研修スケジュール例>

・1日目:オリエンテーション

・2日目:クライアント概要

・3日目:チーム体験

・4日目:基礎知識・システム操作

・5日目~約3週間:OJT

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1300円

交通費規定支給(上限:2万円/月)

※交通費なしの場合は、時給1,350円

*研修中も同時給

*残業代1分単位で支給

  • 給料日

月末締め、翌月15日支払い(銀行振込)
