《お仕事について》

投資用不動産の販売や管理を手がける当社で、

【契約書作成や重要事項説明、精算業務】などの不動産事務をお任せします

■具体的には…

・売買契約書や重要事項説明書の作成・チェック

・司法書士とのやりとり、登記手続きのサポート

・火災保険の加入手続き

・精算書や領収証の発行、取引台帳の管理

・現地調査や物件写真撮影、関係各所とのヒアリング

・営業のサポート業務(資料作成・経費精算・備品管理など)

チームの先輩がマンツーマンで丁寧に教えるので、

未経験でも安心してスタートできます

《1日の流れイメージ》

・11:45/オフィス内の掃除でスッキリスタート

・12:00/勤務開始&朝礼

・12:15/営業から依頼のあった契約書類の作成・確認

・13:30/営業と一緒に契約業務(対面・オンライン)

・14:30/司法書士へ書類送付・登記依頼

・14:45/休憩(45分)

・15:30/管理会社へ書類発注、火災保険手続き

・16:30/物件資料の収集・調査・重要書類の作成

・17:30/お客様への精算書・領収証の送付

・18:30/契約書作成や問い合わせ対応、ミーティング

・19:00/勤務終了

勤務時間・曜日:

・12:00~19:00(実働6時間15分/休憩45分)

・始業15分前に掃除を行います

・月平均残業時間は10時間以下と少なめです

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥270,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥14,720(10時間相当分)を含む。10時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

【給与】

・月給25万円以上(経験・スキルを考慮して決定)

・残業代は別途全額支給

【資格手当】

・宅地建物取引士、管理業務主任者、賃貸不動産経営管理士の資格保有者は月2万円支給

・資格は入社後の取得も可能です

【昇給・賞与】

・昇給:年2回(4月・10月)

・賞与:年2回(6月・12月)

想定年収:350万円~450万円
