職務概要:

この度Experis Executiveでは、不動産・建設領域チームを立ち上げにあたり、経験豊富なコンサルタントの方を募集しております。当社は業界に特化したエージェントチームを所有しています。クライアントの「パートナー」として1人のコンサルタントが各社の採用ニーズに応じた全てのポジションを担当いただきます。クライアントとの密な連携を通じ、よりクライアントのニーズを深く理解することで、質の高いマッチングを実現することができる環境があります。

また当社のコンサルタントは平均して8年以上の業界経験を持っており、日本市場でトップクラスのサーチプロフェッショナルが揃っています。専門としている業界以外のノウハウも共有しながら、人材紹介エージェントとしての質の向上にも努めております。

職務内容:

  • 既存クライアントとの関係を管理し、すべての採用ニーズの窓口として対応
  • ネットワーキング、SNS、コールドコールなどを通じた新規クライアントを開拓
  • 360度リクルーターとして、求人の受注から採用成功までの採用プロセスを管理
  • 社内リサーチチーム、社内データベース、LinkedIn、BizReach、その他の求人媒体を活用して候補者をソーシング・スクリーニング
  • 未経験者については、業務を段階的に経験していただき早期に戦力化するためにバックアップして参ります。

スキル・資格:

  • 学士号、または業界での3年以上の経験
  • 競争心が強く、自発的に行動し、目標達成に集中できる方
  • 複数のタスクを同時にこなせる方
  • クライアント・候補者中心のアプローチを叶えられ、不動産業界に情熱を持っている方
  • 日本語での優れたコミュニケーション能力(書面および口頭)
  • 不動産や建設領域での勤務経験がある方を優遇します
  • 英語ができれば尚可ですが、必須ではありません
