建築施工図のチェック・修正業務

仕事内容:

■仕事内容

東証プライム上場の大手ゼネコンが手掛ける

新築マンション、ビル等の建築施工図業務を

ご担当いただきます。

施工図を一から作成することはなく、施工図

のチェックと修正がメイン業務です。

最初はサポートを受けつつ、設計図書や

業務等について覚えていただきます。

配属先によっては、現場経験後に在宅勤務・

リモートワークに変更も可能です。

時間外は平均して5時間~20時間程度で、

時間外なしを希望の方は定時上がりとなります。

■具体的な仕事内容

・建築施工図のチェック、修正

例:平面詳細図/躯体図/構造図/展開図等

・仮設計画図のチェック、修正

例:総合仮設図/鉄骨建方図/足場計画図等

・現場打ち合わせ等

・使用CAD:AutoCAD

・9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)8時間勤務

※出社時間は8時~9時の間で変更可能

・平均残業時間:5~20時間程度/月

■給与

月給(基本給)35万円~55万円

月収404,688円/年収485万円以上

(基本給35万円+時間外54,688円)

・30歳~40歳平均

月収485,625円/年収582万円以上

月収578,125円/年収693万円以上

(基本給50万円+時間外78,125円)

※定期昇給あり

※毎月15日締め25日支払い

※退職金(中退共)を毎月会社負担で積立

下記の資格を保有の方は給与面で優遇いたします

・一級建築士、二級建築士

・1級施工管理技士、2級施工管理技士

・CAD利用技術者1級・2級

・建築CAD検定准1級・2級・3級・4級

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)

※出社時間は8時~9時の間で変更可能

※実働時間8時間/日

※残業月平均5h~20h程度(当社実績)
