Job Description
Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking
Support in creating total project budget plans during the planning stage
Estimation tasks for new construction and renovation projects
VE (Value Engineering) proposals and evaluations
Support tasks related to bidding and contracts (procurement strategy planning, estimate evaluation, price negotiations, advice on contract terms, etc.)
Cost monitoring and change management after construction contracts
Cost reporting at all stages of the project, close communication with clients and project stakeholders, and participation in meetings

プロジェクトの全段階にコストレポーティング、クライアントやプロジェクト関係者との密なコミュニケーションや会議への参加
Qualifications
Required
Experience in construction projects (e.g. construction manager, procurement, project manager, vendor, consultant etc.)
Native-level proficiency in Japanese
Excellent communication skills, capable of handling negotiations
A team player with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Excel (basic understanding of functions such as SUMIF and XLOOKUP for data aggregation and lookup)
