楽天生命保険のサービスに伴うインフラの開発を行っています。

新しい技術を使い、アプリケーションが動く為に必要な環境の用意、業務部門が仕事をしやすい環境を作成し、楽天生命のサービスをより良くしていく、楽天生命保険の基盤を支える重要なポジションです。

アプリケーションが動く為に必要な環境の用意、業務部門が仕事のできる環境を作成します。

ユーザに近い位置で、上流から下流工程の全ての仕事ができます。

今後のデータベース案件やデータベースチームをひきいてくれる方を求めている為

業務内容

主に下記2つの業務を担当していただきます。

・データベースエンジニア

「生命保険」事業における、開発・本番環境のデータベースの設計・構築・保守をメインでお任せします。

・プロジェクトマネジメント

各種データベースのリプレイスの企画やPLを主に担当して頂きます。

中途採用

Oracle、SQL Server、MySQL

必須要件:

・Databaseの要件定義/設計/構築の経験が5年以上

・社内SEの経験が2年以上

歓迎要件:

・システム全体のプロジェクトリーダーの経験

・金融機関での業務経験

・セルフスターター(受身な方ではなく、当事者意識を持って、物事を前に進めようとする姿勢を持っている方)

・周囲を動かしていけるコミュニケーション力(他部署との連携も必要なります。適切なコミュニケーションを通して業務推進できる方を希望します)

・自ら手を動かせる方(マネージメントだけではなく、構築、障害調査などご自身でも実施できる方)
