部署・サービスについて
情報システム本部は楽天保険グループのITインフラを支える役割を担っています。お客様の大切なご契約をお預かりする基幹システムの維持・管理に加え、ITを活用した新商品開発やサービス向上に積極的に努めており、企業活動に密接に関係しながら業務を進めています。

IT戦略は、楽天生命IT全体の戦略策定~施策の具体化を担当します。CIOとも密にコミュニケーションを図り、中期経営計画立案タイミングから企画構想に携わることが可能です。また、少数精鋭部門のため、裁量が大きい仕事を経験できます。

新しい技術や、様々な業務にかかわる経験を積むことが可能です。

業務内容
楽天生命のIT部門におけるIT戦略や企画業務を担っていただきます。

・中期経営計画に基づき、IT戦略の立案と実行を担当。CIOと連携の上計画の進捗を管理し、必要に応じて調整を行う

・最新ITトレンドの調査/分析

・データ活用基盤整備に関わる企画の立案

働く環境
情報システム本部内にシステム開発部、システム企画部、システム基盤部の3つの部署があり、密にコミュニケーションを取りながらそれぞれの担当業務を行っております。

必須要件:
・IT戦略/企画にかかわる経験 2年以上

・IT関連業務経験5年以上
