【仕事内容】

介護事業所向けSaaS「カイポケ」のプロダクトマネジメントをご担当いただきます。

【プロダクト】

カイポケは、"介護事業者のための経営支援サービス"をコンセプトとした業界特化型のSaaSです。

「介護事業者の経営改善とサービス品質向上に貢献し、日本の介護を元気にする」をミッションに掲げ、介護事業者の方の経営改善をサポートする様々な機能を提供しています。

具体的には、介護保険請求(レセプト)やシフト作成などの業務支援だけでなく、求人や勤怠管理、給与計算などの人事労務、会計ソフトなどの経理、備品の通販サイトや格安スマホ、光回線のような購買支援など、介護事業所経営に必要なサービスを網羅的に提供しています。また、 直近は保有するデータを活用したサービス開発にも力を入れており、Fintech領域などでも新サービスをリリースしています。

【業務詳細】

ある特定のプロダクト領域内において、 下記の業務を行って頂く予定です。

・プロダクトビジョンとロードマップの策定

・顧客が抱える問題の見極めと課題設定

・課題を解決するアイデアの創出と、プロダクトの要求/要件決め

・他チーム(開発,CS,セールス,マーケ等)と連携してプロダクト価値向上の為の施策立案と実行

・「カイポケ」に関わる法制度へのキャッチアップ

・業界、市場動向の分析 など

【求める人材】

・Webサービスやソフトウェア等の製品開発のプロセスに携わった経験

・クロスファンクショナルに他チームと連携して仕事をした経験

・ロジカルに物事を考え、定量・定性両面での分析が出来るスキル

・インターネットサービスの基礎知識(Web, API, ネイティブアプリ等)
