私たち仏壇供養の一休堂は、

仏壇や仏具、遺品など"心の拠りどころ"を丁寧に供養し、

次の世代へ想いをつなぐお手伝いをしています。

設立以来、ご依頼は年々増加。

私たちがしていること

お客様の多くは、

「仏壇をどうすればいいか分からない」

「処分に抵抗があるけど、きちんと供養したい」

と悩まれています。

私たちはそうした方々のお宅を訪問し、

ご希望を丁寧に伺いながら、最適な方法を提案します。

単なる"片付け"ではなく、

故人や家族の想いを尊重しながらサポートする

それが一休堂の営業です。

ある1日の流れ

09:00 自宅から直行でお客様宅へ

10:00 ヒアリングとご提案

12:00 休憩・移動

14:00 別のお客様先を訪問

16:00 当日分の報告・確認

18:00 業務終了(直帰OK)

1日3〜4件、ゆっくりお話を聞けるペースです。

"話を聞く力"が何よりも大切な仕事です。

研修制度とサポート

入社後1ヶ月は、終活の基礎知識やマナー、接客のコツを丁寧にレクチャー。

その後は先輩との同行研修で実際の現場を学びます。

最初からすべてを完璧にこなす必要はありません。

お客様の言葉に耳を傾け、気持ちに寄り添うこと。

そこからスタートできる環境です。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 23日

【勤務時間】9:00〜18:00(休憩60分)

時短勤務制度あり(月18日出勤の場合:月給21万円〜)

休日休暇


・週休2日制(シフト制)

・月8〜9日休み

・希望休の取得OK(事前相談制)

・夏季休暇・年末年始休暇あり

・有給休暇(法定通り/取得しやすい環境です)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 20万7600円 〜 44万7600円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万2400円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

前職給与保証制度あり

前職の給与が当社規定を上回る場合は、前職給与額を保証します。

スキル・経験を考慮のうえ決定

600万円/34歳(月給30万円+インセンティブ+賞与)

380万円/25歳(月給26万円+インセンティブ)

450万円/38歳(月給28万円+インセンティブ+賞与)
